The Becoming Collective India

SERVICES

Different journeys. One commitment to meaningful change.

01 ⸺ Three pathways into the practice

01 / INNER LIFE

Counselling & Psychotherapy

A space to understand what is happening beneath the surface, make sense of patterns and explore what may be possible next.

There is a place where it becomes possible to slow down, think, feel and speak openly about what is happening in your life. Therapy can create that space without requiring you to have everything figured out.

Our work brings psychological depth together with careful attention to your personal context, relationships, experiences and the patterns that may be shaping how you respond to life.

Areas of Support

An integrated approach

Therapeutic work may draw on Jungian and Freudian perspectives, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, neuroscience and other approaches depending on the person and the work.

The intention is not to fit a person into a framework, but to use the most useful lens for understanding their experience and supporting meaningful change.

Sessions are available online and, where appropriate, in person in Mumbai.
“You are allowed to bring the hardest parts of your life into the room.”

02 / LEADING WITH AWARENESS

Leadership Coaching

Leadership is not only about what you do. It is also about how you see, decide, relate and respond.

Leadership coaching creates space to step back from the pace of work and examine the patterns, beliefs, relationships and choices that shape your impact.

The work connects psychological understanding with the practical realities of leading people, navigating complexity and making decisions when the answers are not obvious.

Areas of Support

An integrated approach

Liya’s coaching is grounded in psychological understanding and informed by her experience as an ICF Professional Certified Coach. This allows the work to move beyond surface-level performance goals and explore what may be influencing behaviour, relationships and decisions beneath them.

The intention is not to provide ready-made answers, but to help leaders recognise patterns, examine assumptions and translate insight into more deliberate action.

Coaching remains practical and connected to the realities of the role, the organisation and the people involved.

Sessions are available online and, where appropriate, in person in Mumbai.
“Insight matters when it changes how you lead, relate and choose.”

03 / THE SYSTEM

Organisation Development

Organisations are human systems. Looking deeper helps identify what is actually shaping how the system works.

Organisations do not change simply because a strategy has changed. Behaviour, relationships, leadership, incentives, culture and history can all influence whether change becomes real.

Our organisation development work combines psychological insight with practical organisational thinking to help leaders and teams understand what is happening and decide what needs to change.

Areas of Support

An integrated approach

Organisations are made up of people, and patterns of behaviour can influence trust, collaboration, decision-making, performance and the capacity for change.

The work therefore looks at both the human and operational realities of the organisation. Interventions are shaped around context rather than delivered as generic solutions.

Larger or more specialised assignments may involve experienced organisation development practitioners and subject-matter specialists working under a coordinated approach.

The aim is not to create change theatre. It is to make important patterns visible, create useful conversations and support change that can actually hold.

“The human system is often the missing context in organisational change.”
— An organising principle of the practice
04 / NOT SURE?

Not sure where to begin?

Whether you are seeking personal support, leadership guidance or organisational change, you can start with a conversation.
